BOOKING
All services should be booked
through MYANMAR HAPPYTRIP TOURS CO.,LTD Yangon,
Myanmar.
RATES
All rates quoted in this
tariff are net in US ($) Dollar and are subject
to change without prior notice due to
unpredictable present market rate.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required
after receiving confirmation letter (or)
acknowledgement. It can be made in advance by
Telegraphic/Telex Transfer to our Bank in
Yangon, Myanmar stating account number, of our
company, "MYANMAR HAPPYTRIP TOURS CO., LTD"
or Cash on arrival is acceptable only when
full payment cannot be made in advance. Our bank
details are mentioned below :

BOOKING FEES
No tours will be deemed to have been
confirmed unless a booking fee of US $ 25 per
person is received at least 30 days prior to the
start of the tour. This will be offset against
final payment. The booking charges will not be
refunded should the tour be cancelled.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fees take effect the day on
which the written notice is received.
Cancellation fees are as follow :

GROUP DISCOUNT
At least 15th member of full paying guests
group will be given complimentary subject to one
member.
PACKAGE TOUR
Package Tour includes meeting and assistance
by our tour guide on Arrival and Departure,
Transfer, Escorted city sightseeing and
excursion, Hotel accommodation at the confirmed
standard hotel either on full pension basis or
room and breakfast basis and internal
transportation according to sold package
itinerary.
GUIDE SERVICE
All transfers and sightseeing tours are
escorted by our local tour guides. If the
accompanied guide services are required to be
provided, then that cost will be paid as
additional.
REFUND
After
commencement of travel, no refund either in full
or part will be given for programmed services
which are not utilized by the clients.
RESPONSIBILITY
MYANMAR
HAPPYTRIP TOURS CO., LTD
acts only in the capacity of a Tour Operator in
Myanmar and through exercising every possible
precaution, it is not responsible for any
injury, damage, loss, additional expense,
accidental delay or other irregularities
providing or engaged in transportation,
accommodation or other services relative to the
execution of the tour or through natural
calamities and other factors beyond its control.
It also
reserves the right to modify or withdraw any
tour arrangements when deemed necessary in the
best interests of the clients.
